Back to Current Positions Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor IPSCO Koppel Tubulars is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor for our Baytown, Texas pipe and tube finishing facility. As a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor, you will: Provide safe, legal and ethical leadership and direction to the mechanical maintenance team Maintain all equipment in running order so that the Company can achieve set goals. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Minimum 10 years industrial maintenance Minimum 3 years supervisory experience Hands on industrial experience Experience with heavy machinery, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems. The ideal candidate will have these skills and characteristics: Safety awareness Mechanical aptitude Superior troubleshooting skills Problem solver Strong team dynamics Strong leadership Planning and prioritization skills Ethical and honest Results oriented and self motivated Experience with CNC lathes or threading equipment, forging equipment, and hydrotesting equipment is desirable.
